CAPREIT features a 12,130 sf multifamily real estate headquarters at 6116 Executive Blvd in Bethesda, MD. DDG provided MEP design, construction administration, and WELL design to support FORMArchitects’ vision, creating a high-performance and health-focused workspace. The project achieved WELL Gold Certification and was recognized with the 2022 NAIOP Award of Excellence for Interiors (up to 10,000 sf).
