Washington REIT Headquarters features a 17,700 sf real estate investment trust headquarters with a 4,000 sf expansion at 1775 Eye Street NW in Washington, DC. DDG provided MEP design and construction administration to support FOX Architects’ vision, ensuring a modern and efficient workspace. The project was recognized with the 2016 NAIOP Award of Excellence for Interiors (10,000 – 25,000 sf).
