The Jefferson Plaza II Air Handling Unit (AHU) Refurbishment project included the refurbishment of two (2) large built-up AHUs rated at 70,000 CFM each that were original to the construction of 1401 S. Clark Street in Arlington, VA. The project included pre-TAB, new drain pans, valves, doors, dampers, sealant, concrete epoxy, post-TAB, and full cleaning with HEPA vacuums and EPA certified sanitizer(s). DDG provided MEP design, contractor bid management, and construction administration to ensure optimal system performance.
