The Jefferson Plaza II Chiller Plant Renovation project included upgrades to the major components of the chiller plant supporting 1401 S. Clark Street in Arlington, VA. The project included the replacement of two (2) original 450-ton water-cooled chillers with new high-efficiency, magnetic-bearing chillers. In addition, DDG supported the client with upgrades to the cooling towers, central air handling units (AHUs), and building automation system (BAS). DDG provided MEP design, contractor bid management, and construction administration services to support the project.
